All of our bathroom soaps where empty, greasy finger marks all over the bedside light switches and appeared to have vomit or something on the carpet and curtins.... also found a "lollie" or something in the shape of a pill next to the chair. Pretty poor standards considering we had a 3 year old with us and ridiculous for the price we paid. Would say it's motel quality

A wonderful gold coast stay and far better than expected thanks to staff and their wonderful service. I appreciated the extra accor member benefits and central city location. Breakfast was good, omelette was excellent, thanks very much!

I am so surprised that Accor allow this hotel to be within its family. On arrival, my room had doors and drawers open as if someone was still staying in it... it seemed like a drama to get me a different room... which in itself was less than satisfactory. The new room had only a blanket (which was old and used) the 2 extra pillows in the cupboard were also used and unclean - one had a hair on it and the other makeup. Tiles in the bathroom had fallen off the wall near the vanity, the room overlooked a nightclub which went til midnight. I could not recommend it at all... I have been an accor member for many years and i was so surprised that this was a mantra standard hotel.

Good for a quick cheap option. Dated room, dusty/ fluff hanging from ceiling and could be cleaner. But OK.
