Great experience in checking in a young lady by the name of Darci checked us in went above and beyond to help us. I would give her a 20 out of 10 and wished many other people that works a hospitality would take a leave out of her book

Room was perfect for us as a family. Quick one night getaway as we live locally (Cairns north). The staff member I dealt with on the phone and in person to check-in went above and beyond. Best service ever! We will be back again and again. This will be our regular place to stay for quick Port Douglas getaways.
