Great location and value. Would get a 10 if not an interconnecting room and if there was more than one tap for drinking water purposes. These are minor though and will come again.

The hotel was generally as expected, except the WiFi was very bad. 2 phone calls to the front desk, to be told (a little rudely) 1. its because we are busy, 2. there was nothing wrong with it. I raised this on check-out to be told that yes, there had been an issue, with a number of guests complaining and the system had to be re-set. The staff member then, was understanding, apologetic & professional. If only the attitude of the girl at check-out was replicated by the others - our stay would've been much better.
