Stayed here for a work conference and overall was good! Aircon in rooms was a little loud and could here those in rooms adjacent to my own, but other than that, satisfied with the stay. Food was great!

Stay here frequently. Love the proximity to the train station and city. Rooms are roomy and beds comfy. Always surplus towels and love the range of body wash, shampoos and lotions provided.

Fantastic location , rooms slightly dated but clean . Beds uncomfortable , but worth it for a one night stay in the city ! Breakfast was lovely and great value !!

Had a TV that was malfunctioning and an air-conditioned system that was loud and not working so well. It also had bright LED glows coming from the control pad which made the room uncomfortably bright for sleeping. Overall, your rooms need an upgrade. However, your staff were friendly, welcoming and very professional. I reported the TV on the second to last day of my stay after the TV started hitting maximum volume on its in, to the staff at the reception who then promptly organised for it to be fixed. Great work staff.

Staff welcoming with check-in done efficiently. As we stayed in a studio king, met our needs. Advance saver rates also was a game changer. Inclusion of breakfast in the rate was another plus. Breakfast menu changes please - same menu daily - needed more variety as we stayed for 11 nights in total. Staff assistance and service in helping me to book tour was very much appreciated. Restaurant staff knowing their guests and catering to their needs - great customer service - got my pot of hot water without having to ask for it. It is the little things that matter and the people factor high on my feedback. Housekeeping staff to be commended for their hard work, quality of service and courtesy when meeting requests - asked for a non-slip mat for the bath and sugar sachets - thank you. TV channels should include more foxtel channel options for news and movies or offer others - e.g., netflicks

Very happy with my stay, the staff were friendly, efficient and happy to assist with anything which was appreciated. Room was lovely and just right for a 2 night stay. Loved the lighting from the lamps, the chair with the stool and the paintings were a nice touch. Only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the taps, they were quite finnicky to get just right but the shower/bath was great! Thank you!

Apart from the cleanliness I loved the space in the large room and bathroom. The hotel is literally only a few steps away from the inner-city shopping mall and train station. Very convenient for a traveller without car. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again.

When I arrived late a night I was allocated a room with a small window that looked into the internal air conditioning systems. For a senior executive staying for three days, this was unacceptable. I asked for a different room, which was found. I tried to order room service breakfast one day, but despite repeated attempts the phone to the front desk and room service was never answered...so I went hungry.

When i arrived i was given a electronic key to open my room, when i opened the room i immediately noticed it was still occupied with bags and general clothing scattered around. I went to reception and was given the correct key and room number. Also, i parked my car a wilson car park and gave the ticket to the front desk for them to stamp it so i would only pay the $25, unfortunately this was not done correctly and i needed to pay $96 to get my car out. Disappointed.

We went to Perth because my wife had to go for a big surgery. We were expecting to stay for a week but we ended up staying for 3 weeks and I can only say great things about the Mantra (Murray st) team. During this difficult period that we had the deal with I had the most beautiful gestures from the staff and I can only say Thank you. To Emma, the lovely lady who made us feel home with her kindness. To Ahmad, sorry if the spelling is wrong, but he was amazing when every day I was at the restaurant in front of my computer at 4am he was the one coming to say Good morning and with a cup of coffee, what a sense of humanity. To the front office manager who gave me the best advice for the nurses to come and check on my wife every day...I m very sorry for don't remember your name but you are amazing. The housekeeping team....your job is gold and you are all diamonds. We are forever greatful.

Mantra on Murray is in a great location. It is opposite a shopping centre and the stop for the free Red Cat bus and the Perth hop on hop off bus. The Perth Underground is very close and around the corer is the Golden Bakery with the best pies. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
