The lady on the reception who checked us in was outstanding! Very friendly and very helpful. The newly renovated 2 bedroom room was a great improvement. Can’t wait to see what they do with the pool.

Our stay at the facility was for our honeymoon. We had a late arrival which was fine. However we were not informed that we could not access our room through the main building and courtyard so my wife and I had to walk around the block with our gear and my wife wearing her wedding dress. We were called prior to our stay and told the main pool was out of use due to renovation. It was actually hidden from us that there would be load work conducted each and there was no access through pool area or rear steps. This at time of booking was also never mentioned on there Web site. Why hide this information. I was also told on the phone that due to not being able to use main pool I would receive a 15% refund on the cost of my stay. I even enquired about this on check out and was told it would be sorted and refunded. The only information given about the work being done was a small sign in the lift stating work will be done between 8am and 4pm involving Jack hammering and load noise, ( I have a photo of this), however I have proof via video and photo of work commencing at 7:20am with noise that I couldn't even enjoy breakfast on the balcony with my new wife. Workers were also taking their shirts off working topless inside a work site again I have proof. Not something my wife and I wish to see on our honeymoon whilst trying to enjoy our balcony. So again very dissatisfied with breaches of work hours, failure to disclose true work being conducted and only a 15% refund offered which still hasn't been paid.

Enjoyed our second stay here. Entry during our stay to get the internet installed (which we didn't use) was a bit inconvenient. But otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Check in was seamless., the reception staff were great. The room (102) on the 7th floor was neat and tidy but in desperate need of a revamp. Bathrooms were very dated with rusty tap wear. A leaking drippy shower was annoying when trying to sleep. We couldn’t use the shower in the ensuite due to the raised wall and step into the bath/shower. It was Impossible to get in…and a major safety issue due to the slip factor. Bedspreads and carpets need replacing. In summary the hotel is ok - but the room was so disappointing for the money we paid… zero value for money. Management need to advise the owner it’s time to modernise the room as the potential is huge.
