A good quiet location in the east end of Perth but still a close walk to all facilities within the CBD. Good cafe's close for meals and coffee. Hotel room was very spacious.

I had a king hotel room. It was a bit tricky to find because the signage was on the side wall but after back-tracking it was found. The room was a standard hotel room. The fridge was inside a cabinet. Something for the hotel to note is that the fridge door doesn't seal properly unless physically pushed firmly. When I arrived, I couldn't understand why the fridge wasn't that cold. There was an ejector jug and toaster but nowhere to actually plug it in. I ended up plugging it in the bathroom. Finally, being a hotel room, there was no connection to streaming services. Not a problem - just a heads up if you're wanting to book a room and binge. However the first night, there was no television either. But, I couldn't fault the service. I went out for the day after reporting the TV fault and it was fixed. For me, little first world problems don't matter - but service is key. I'd happily go back again and again because those working the desk and service maintenance are fantastic. Thank you for the stay.

Very happy with our stay here. Bed was very comfortable, roomy living space with balcony and everything we needed was provided. Great location with a comfortable (25 minute) walking distance to the Quay/Mall. Plenty of take out and restaurant options close by plus a couple of convenience stores, bottle shop and chemist. Would happily stay here again.

The cleaning service opened our room without permission at 9am on the check out day and saying she thought we already check out. Me n my partner felt unsafe as it means they can open our room anytime during our stay when we were not there.
