My experience was not the best. There was unpleasant smell in the foyer what disappointed me most was that, for two days our room was not cleaned and when I asked why the response I received was " your room was not cleaned because we were short staffed". We had to call and request for clean towels, coffee , tea and milk. When we checked in we were not made aware that the hotel parking was not free . As we were checking out that's when we were asked to pay for parking.

Both experiences were well received. Easy check in and spacious accommodation on both occasions. Very well maintained. The only issue with the Adelaide Experience was hearing, echoing noises of doors slamming from other apartment during, late nights or early mornings, due to the openness of the building.

Hotel is well located. Room was good. Disappointed that no dining facilities open. Bar only open for limited times.

All worked well. Friendly staff. Only problem was that there was no breakfast. Coffee and muffin only available.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights . They didn't care about quests . Toilet has been broken . Very noisy room and it located at behind the hotel face to carpark in spired of too many empty room . We used same towel for 3 days. Rubbish bin full.

Stayed with my family on a short break. Having stayed at many Mantra's over the past year, I was disappointed with facilities provided. Room was also much more expensive than other properties I stayed at so did not feel that there was value for money.

The room was basically fitted, a small 2 seater lounge and one small coffee table, although 3 high stools at the counter top. A poufe with a tray on top. The crockery was cheap, with only 2 huge heavy cups 2 breakfast bowls and 3 sets of cutlery plus 2 larger plates. The pillows were dreadful. We asked for lower pillows but they could not provide any although they did search? The shower was angled towards a corner and we could not reach it to adjust. Doors banged loudly in the hotel all night. We could only get Foxtel on the TV and could not watch the ABC at all. The room was supposed to be serviced on the 5th day but it wasn't. We asked several times for a service and it was finally done on the night before we were due to leave. I asked for a discount because of this and the manager? said he would credit our wine of $25 which we had already paid for with cash! He then said he would discount the stay by $100. I do not know whether this was done or not. We would not stay here again at the price it cost even though the location was very good.

A good hotel in an excellent location. Staff friendly. Bed comfortable and bedroom dark and quiet. Little things that let it down from a higher rating were: tv in main lounge area did not have the same pay-tv channels as the bedroom tv. The kitchen was a little bit of a let down with basic things. No chopping board to prepare food etc

Unfortunately it was a little disappointing and not as good as previous. The check-in a little disorganised, foyer smelled of stale spicy food and could have been cleaner.

the wonderful thing about this hotel is the staff. the first room was large with fantastic views of the Adelaide hills the heating did not work The Glasses and Dishes were dirty When we were eventually moved to another room it was smaller with a view of the carpark we had to park the car ourselves and it was very tight - we were lucky not to scratch the car the microwave and the cook top were dirty Our room was not made up - seemingly we chose that!!! there was only take away food - none of which appealed to us.
