My only comment, doors are loud when they shut, nearby doors slammed all night, so anything that could be done to soften sound when others leave their rooms would add to relaxation we had. thanks again, see you next time

My son and I had eye surgery whilst in Adelaide and looked after by my husband. We were very welcomed every morning for breakfast by your staff and I would like to especially mention Nikki she went over and above for us and making Roberts hard work easier. Nikki would take the time out to ask how Roberts patients were feeling. All your staff need to be mentioned in my report. 2-night stay while visiting friends and wine region enjoyed 'free' breakfast 1st morning but left too early for 2nd-chance so missed that value staff were bright, smiling and helpful room was cleaned daily, modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. TV took some working but fine once figured it out. bed was perfect, fresh air through the 'balcony' was appreciated.
