Friendly, knowledgeable staff who provided an efficient service with a smile. Great location, ocean, shops and transport all close by. Totally enjoyed the happy hour/s, the daily food specials and the pool/spa with the visiting wildlife. Would definitely stay here again

My wife & I spent our honeymoon at Christmas touring the East Coast. With accommodations of varying standards booked to try and juggle budgets with the festive surge, our pool of experiences were certainly vast. However- what an absolute hidden gem this place is. We stayed here December 23rd before departing into the Whitsundays for Christmas and were sad to leave. In terms of value for money, enjoyment and vibe - this place had it all. The room was clean, the pool perfect for "cooling" off from the Queensland sun (not sure it was any cooler than the air!!). The bus stop across the road takes you down into Airlie for $1 one way. There is a Coles up the road (5min walk) for any need you may have. Whilst breakfast is pricey (we didn't eat), there's nothing that would put me off returning to this place. We had the pleasure of staying 2 nights at this resort whilst attending a family gathering at Airlie Beach. We were very happy and satisfied with the condition and cleanliness of the room and all the facilities on offer. However, we were most impressed by the courtesy of the staff. Nothing was too difficult for them, from the late check out to booking airport transfers. It was definitely a great experience.
