If I could rate this hotel 6 stars I would. The reception area is manned at all times, often by 2+ staff members. The team are all friendly and will go over and beyond for all guests. We had a memorable experience with David who assisted us with additional towels for our room and showed us to the laundry facilities. On arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine in our room which was a lovely surprise. We stayed in a studio room which was spacious, modern, clean and perfect for our week stay. Our friends checked in a couple of days later and were suprised they could check in hours earlier thanks to the wonderful reception team again, they had a standard room but was absolutely massive. Our room was cleaned everyday to a high standard, and the communal areas were spotless. We had room service on one occasion and it was quick, hot and tasty. Although the hotel isn’t a central location the proximity to trains & trams made it easy to get by, as well as walking to local neighbourhoods for restaurants and shops. 10/10 stay! No complains and very refreshing! Thank you to everyone who looked after us on our stay x

Good location, not too far from cbd and closee to Brunswick, where we needed to be without it being too expensive. No pool though, bummer for the kids. Otherwise a good stay

Comfy bed; great room; nice view of the city in the distance; helpful and friendly staff. Great overall! It's also very easy to access public transport from where the motel is located, as well as being in walking distance from cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarket.
