We have stayed at the Novotel Melbourne Preston many times now. The rooms are always clean and inviting. The restaurant The Stamford 's food is always a high standard. To go out is close by so Ubers are not expensive. The area is very central for us. Coming in and going home is straightforward. Enjoyable to stay and staff are always friendly Checking in and out is very easy. Prices for our stay are very reasonable. Thank you Novotel Melbourne Preston.

Check in was great, room ready earlier than check in. Clean spacious room. Broken curtains that let the bright sunlight in very early in the morning. King size bed that split in the middle( not ideal at all) . Restaurant seems very clinical like a cafeteria , understaffed , took a while to be served and overpriced for what we received.

The building and facilities are nice. Bathrooms are too small. Some bar staff were not overly friendly where others were.
