We're pleased to hear you enjoyed the spectacular ocean views from your apartment and that our team left such a positive impression through their helpful, polite and personable service. We will be sure to pass your kind comments on to them. We are sorry to learn that the presentation and condition of your apartment did not meet your expectations. The concerns you have raised regarding the furnishings, the leaking laundry tap and the bathroom basin are disappointing to read, particularly as you felt the accommodation did not reflect the rate paid. At Peppers Broadbeach, all apartments within the property are individually owned. While they are all maintained to a required standard, refurbishment schedules and interior furnishings can vary from apartment to apartment depending on individual approvals, which means some residences have been more recently updated than others. We appreciate that this variation may not have aligned with your expectations, and we have shared your comments with the relevant teams as part of our ongoing quality review process. The maintenance items you identified have also been referred for attention. We value your feedback regarding consistency across our accommodation offering.
