Returning customer. Great to be greeted with "Welcome back" by some of the personnel who remembers you. Clean rooms, clean place, not super-duper ultra modern or posh but who really needs that. Good food and service (Thanks Kevin!), but same menu for the last few years.... maybe widen it a bit... I have already booked my next 3 trips to Christchurch to stay there.

Mid-Week Work Stay

Two night stay for work down from the North Island. Central location was great for food and shopping and on site gym equipment was a bonus. Unfortunately most of the light switches in my room would not turn on, seemed to be stuck and the toilet would only flush sporadically.

Great location, friendly staff

We stayed in the one of the smaller double rooms but it was still clean and tidy and suited our needs well. Able to park across the road which was handy, and the hotel is in a great location right in the centre of town so we could walk everywhere. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Thanks and would stay again!
