My husband, daughter ad I stayed in a two bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and comfortable. We originally booked for two nights to see a show at QPAC which sadly was cancelled at short notice due to COVID restrictions in Greater Brisbane. Although outside the free cancellation period, I am very grateful to the Mantra for allowing us to change the booking to one night, and for refunding the other night, just two days before our stay. This was very much appreciated.

no spa or steam room available which was not on website when we booked, and we booked for this reason. there was no robes or extra towels delivered as requested.

We were particularly dissatisfied with the apartment. We have been staying at Mantra on the Quay for 5 years and this was the worst apartment ever. One of the dining room chairs was broken and when my son sat in it , he was almost injured. There now seems to be no Fox channels , but more importantly we could not even get the free to air channels for SBS. If you stop providing Fox you should at least provide the free to air channels. The fridge was too small. We could not put all of our food for Christmas in the fridge. we are owners of an identical apartment and the fridge we were required to install in our apartment by Mantra was much larger. the apartment is advertised as having a fully equipped kitchen. It was embarrassing. There were only 2 spoons, knives, bowls, plates etc. When our son and girlfriend came to visit they had to supply their own everything. As even one of the chairs was broken unfortunately they couldn't include that in the car. We have stayed post Covid in our apartment and it had a coffee table, salad bowl , bowl for fruit, bedside lamps . All of these were missing from apartment 235. The bed needs replacing and the sofa was substandard. It was as though we had been given the dud apartment with the broken leftover furniture. As an owner who has used Mantra and now Accor's services for renting out our apartment , I am particularly disappoonted. I do not know if this is a "one off", or if the quality of the service has fallen since Accor became involved. At a time when you should be doing your best to welcome clientele and provide the best service, I can only say that the apartment was under par.

Luxurious apartment with views of Story Bridge and Brisbane River. Pool and spa didn’t appear to be heated. Not a hot spa. The lounge Suite had seen better days for such an expensive apartment. Leather was split.

We had a nice stay, room was clean and liked the idea that we could open some windows for fresh air, which is not always available. A rail to step out of the bath when showering would be good to save slipping and injury.
