Stayed one night in a twin room. Bed was comfy, room size great. The view wasn’t great (train tracks). Room was clean, but not ready at check in so a little disappointed after a long trip in. Toilet seat was not slow release so heavy and loud when closing the lid. Tv was difficult to work out because we had no remote but that was an easy fix. Convenient location no need for a car or transport. Parking was expensive at $40 per night (something I’m not use to paying for).

Stayed overnight and was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment which was a lovely touch we went down for couple time and had a nice bottle of red given to us. Great place to stay thanks Mantra Southbank we look forward to coming back

Wonderful staff. We received an upgraded room had a nice bottle of wine in our room. Mantra Southbank Brisbane is close to all sorts of amenities, restaurants hotels and a great beach for swimming. This hotel is close to Brisbane CBD within walking distance or close to ferry services

I had a studio suite which suited my needs. However, I was there for 5 days, and despite asking for a sheet change and towel change, none occurred. I had to be moved from the first room due to the TV not working, the second room toilet didn't flush and when you had a shower the seals were all gone, so it flooded the bathroom and hall.

Upon investigating your case, it appears that the linen change was scheduled as part of our mid-week cleaning service, in accordance with the rate package you selected.
