The room I booked was advertised as king or queen and I called and confirmed we had been allocated a king and checked into find we had been given a twin . Reception was no help . Booked the spa room to go up an hour into our session time and find it not clean and a mop left behind . Complete disaster zone all over the hotel with fire closets and cupboards left open all over , paint buckets ,Tools and general mess and chaos very commonly left all over the entire weekend , one ladder in the pool areas taped off like a construction zone A world away from our last stay - and I paid more this time which makes it even more disappointing. had the worst sleep of my life and would not book again
