The room i was given was amazing, Love the Spa and space and it is so quiet and peaceful. The facilities are amazing and so much to explore. The food is awesome a little on the pricey side for some things but taste amazing so worth it. The Beds are comfy and pillows are fluffy and not hard which is how i like them. Great overall set up. Would recommend room #2

Stayed in a spa bure. Room was clean and spacious although a little dated. The black clamshell spa looked straight out of the 70's.

Ok but rooms are old and need a lot of repair work and a paint

The best way I can describe my stay with all the changes is to think of it as a casino. All odds are stacked on the house. Points on my recent stay and so much has changed since my last stay • do not recognise any Accor Asia offers or Accor Plus offers •To use a free night, a minimum of a three-night stay •There were no dining discounts, but locals got 10% off. Even though I pay to be in a program •no room upgrades •At check-in, a bag of lollies and two bottles of water were given to a party of five. •Breakfast was not be honoured as part of platinum •welcome drink not honoured even though it’s in my app to redeem •Unable to charge back to the room, so no points or able to pay via points •It is a cheap hard mattress (the price online was $999 at Forty Winks for the same mattress. We ended up going to Kmart and buying foam underlay to help with minimal effect •The gelato bar is only open on weekends even though signs every where saying different •The main pool closed due to renovations •No daily cleaning •Rooms dated but big Windows locked open so hard to cool the room Yes, I did ring Accor to ask why. They said they would investigate, as some things are not an option. The 6 million update on the restaurant and bar was on point, and the food was delicious. Shame unable to charge back as each night spent about $300 The location is fantastic, and the staff is all great. To end on a quote from a staff member at check-in explaining all the changes and knowing I was shocked. ( it’s going to cost you a lot more to stay, but we think the 6 million renovation is worth it ) I guess you need to recoup the money back somehow
