Too bad experience

The room was too bad, I don't know how anyone can rate this resort 4 stars!! Ants, cockroaches, too old furniture and mattress-smell and towels. Bad service, no Internet, no one will solve anything for you, they just can say Sorry!!!

The accommodation was fantastic! The apartment, the location of the beach, the pools, the whole complex was great. The glass ceiling in the bathroom made bathing very enjoyable. We loved our time at the resort.
