What I want to say about this hotel is that it is full of life, great young employee. From the first step in the hotel we had a warm welcome. The reception is 24/7. The breakfast also was a plus for this hotel.

Completely different hotel from what I booked

Surprise after surprise. Booking showed me completely different hotel on the pictures. After arrival I was informed that Hotel does not have their parking, so I had to pay 20€ per night to 3rd party parking company. Less money I pay even in Germany! But it was not the worse thing - parking system did not recognized car´s license plate correctly so I wanted from me to pay it twice. So, I called the number on parking machine, the operator could not speak English! I was hurry to be on time at my meetings so I went to Reception and they surprised me - they were able to open the gate. In description of hotel was Sauna (also on the pictures) - in reality not. Cleanness of the room not really good. I cannot recommend this hotel.

ibis Timisoara City Center is an excellent choice for anybody considering hosting their events there. Top-level facilities and excellent staff make for a brilliant environment within which to operate. The hotel is meticulous in its planning, providing excellen services. Importantly, they never seemed to tire of the constant emails from an equally meticulous event manager. Always prompt and attentive. I will definitly come back!

Friendly staff they always help you with everything, varied breakfast, the rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable. They also have a restaurant/ witch is really nice. Another thing I love about this hotel, is that it’s really close to the center of the city.
