The hotel provides everything they offer at the start. Staff was nice and helpfull rooms were clean and breakfast was enough. For a quick stay as a family it was perfect for us.

Only I wasnt informed abt breakfast times at desk and the fact that balcony lights are on until 00:00 am is weird

Good Location and hotel but do not report our points to the ACCOR system....

Vt Families - Confirmed reviews ALL

We stay in this hotel when we come to Izmir almost every other month. It is nice good food and service in cafe too. Close to the place that we visit. Yet you need to control your earned points. They never report this to the ACCOR system. I told this to the reception desk every time we stay they say it will but it never!!!! That makes me very dissapointed about this hotel.
