We had a nice stay at the Hotel. Free upgrade was very nice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpfull. Only bits of feedback i would have is it being “card only” and i wanted to pay with money. Breakfast was amazing on the Saturday but not so good on the Monday.

We upgraded to a Privalage room with breakfast. I needed a fridge for medication and the classic rooms don’t have fridges. Amazing view from the 12th floor but the room was very basic and the aircon didn’t work and it was 30C in a heatwave. No help or solutions offered from the staff ok duty and I’ve had no response from the manager after sending an email complaining. The roof top terrace was most enjoyable and the food and service were great . Very disappointments with the lack of help over the aircon.
