It was a short stay in a comfortable room. The hotel is right next to the metro station, although going into town you need to cross the road as there are separate entrances for each direction. I found some restaurants about a ten-minute walk away when I didn't want to go into the lower parts of the city for dinner.

We just needed an hotel to visit friends in Croix-Rousse. It was well located and the best ratio quality/price in the context of the rugby world cup. The booking process over the phone was quite complex as the person barely speak proper french, but we had the chance to get the family room with 3 beds and enough space for a baby bed on top. The breakfast is always good. The parking is very narrow and requires either a small vehicle or good dexterity.
