Overall, it is a very basic IBIS, location is kinda good I guess, about 18 minutes by foot from Le Gare de Toulouse, convenient to reach the center of the villa and the commercial area. You have to ask for the hairdryer at the reception, the bedrooms are too basic, more maintenance is needed I believe. Not the best Ibis I stayed in, not the worst for sure but for a few days it is fine. The receptionists were nice and amicable, I appreciate that and also the fact they can communicate in English, in France sometimes it's difficult to find people who are open to speak in english to foreigners so merci.

The receptionist was fantastic, he was informative and helpful. The room was clean, the noise from the road, let in by a poorly double glazed window made sleep poor. Breakfast was a good selection.

When booking I also wrote a message with an important inquiry related with available gluten free options for breakfast as I am celiac. Did not get an answer. One month passed sent a direct email. No answer. Another two weeks, sent another email. Finally got an answer. Did have gluten free bread upon request available. But no cautions at all taken. Member of the staff brought a plate full of GF bread and left in on the table near all the other bread and toaster. Crosscontamination all over! There is absolute no knowledge on GF safety procedures! No internet on the room. Came to frontdesk to inform. Was told that the connection was slow and that was doing things to fast. I've tried again but as told since the begining it wasn't even connecting to the router. Came again to frontdesk, then was told that the issue was my device. But we had three diferent devices and none connecting. The guy went up to the room and found out that the router on the whole floor was not working and also in the floor below. The issue was not resolved throughout the entire stay. Upon arrival I have paid my stay, but the charged price was higher (about €10 nore) than the one stated on my reservation. I have asked why and was informed that some turistical taxes had been recently chsnged. I can even understand that but I can not understand why I wasn't informed before my arrival? My email address works fine to receive your publicity but it is not ok to receive important information??? If you do not inform your customer, you should charge just the previously communicated price! The confirmation email is quire clear stating that all taxes andcfees are included on the final presented price. The level of english of the staff is also quite low for an international chain such as ibis.
