We had a wonderful room and had great food next door at the Labor Club. Uunfortunately the club doesn't give Accor members any discount on meals and no status points are gained

This is a wonderful hotel located in Belconnen It is new and inviting and the staff are excellent Rooms are quiet and comfortable and ours had a view over the lake Hard to fault anything We will be back

Always a Good Stay, but Ruined and Spoilt, also with a Note added to my profile.

This is a wonderful property, we have stayed several times. Now, the Duty Manager has informed me that a note has now been added to my profile indicating that I am not to be believed or trusted. Staff confirmed breakfast was included on three mornings. Breakfast charges were applied to the account at check-out. These charges were contested with reception on two separate occasions, and it was agreed that the General Manager would call me to discuss. While waiting for a call, the breakfast charges were then taken from my credit card. The manager has never rung. Reward points have not been applied and with unknown details now recorded against my profile, I feel that I will not be welcomed back at this property. The cost of the breakfast is both insignificant and immaterial, the false statements, untruths, the mistrust, misinformation are the points of argument. So much for Loyalty, does anyone know what my profile note might say, and I have no right of reply.

We always stay at the Mecure, Belconnen, the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately this stay a dirty cleaning glove was left on the TV ledge and the TV had only a couple of stations that worked- very disappointing. And there was no bath at in one of the rooms.

The room type you booked on this occasion does not include a bath, unlike some of our other room categories. If having a bath is important for your comfort, we’d be happy to assist with selecting a suitable room type for future bookings to ensure it meets your preferences.
