We have stayed in the hotel many times. It is always excellent. This time it was our forst time with our small dog and the location of the hotel made it perfect. It is in central Troyes, yet just 5 minuts away there is a small park and lots of green spaces to go for a morning walk with a four legged friend - a rarity in French cities which are often like concrete jungles. Super recomennded.

Nearly missed this hotel and town on our trip back from the Alps. Such a great hotel and staff are a credit to it! We loved the hotel and town so much we have decided to go back for a proper stay

It is a nice new facility. The staff are good but some seem to be very new and perhaps still in training. Not yet 5 star but could be.

Breakfast to be improved (scrumble eggs absolutly awfull) but overall a good experience. Special and warm thanks to the person in charge of the carpark who happens to be one of the best hotel promoter we met during our stay.
