The lounge is very poor, the food is just frying pans of obviously fried food and nothing else. Even getting a beer takes 10 minutes. Now they've halved it's size to add a business room making the lounge even worse.

I checked out around 6 AM and called room service to ask if someone could come to my room and pick up my luggage. However, no one responded, and no one came to my room. I waited for about 10 minutes, and when no one showed up, I brought my heavy luggage downstairs. When I approached the reception, the staff member told me, 'Please make sure there’s nothing left in your room.' I was confused and asked, 'What does that mean? Isn't this your customer service? And also there is no toothbrush and no toothpaste in my room as well.
