The motel is modern. The car parking handy. The low use due to COVID impacted reliability I think. I.e. TV remote not working, bedside light not working, one overhead light not working. Quirky that a room with a king size bed has a small table with 1 chair - 2 people 1 chair! Room service menu ridiculously limited (if it is one for normal operation - unsatisfactory) GF options, go figure. Everything else was excellent. Great bed, good personable service from staff members, responsive (seems like front desk took care of everything).

Check in was quick and the room was great. The staff member was really helpful. Everything is nice and new. The location is great, right near the Fiddler and Rouse Hill Town Centre .

It’s a place I stay at quite often. Lovely staff members, great deals as a accor member and the hotel is quite new. And has some great eating out options as well as in room dining. Close to Rouse Hill shopping centre and train station. With free parking, what more could you want. The bed is super comfortable and I love the textured tiles in the bathroom and the soft carpet.

Great room & service but being trapped inside and jolted in the lift was terrifying!

Lovely room, great staff but as you would be well aware on the 15th June I was trapped in a lift which should never have happened to me but their was negligence in failing to place signage and allowing me into the lift and with what transpired on the 3rd floor. I was trapped in the lift, jostled and jolted about and very terrified only to be treated in a most cruel and inexcusable way upon getting out of the lift.

Good easy access and comfortable, quiet rooms. Only issue was finding the actual entrance as the website map has pin dropped on Windsor Rd/Commercial Rd corner, and the sign shared with other businesses is not clear for someone new to the area.

Have stayed here before and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately not this time. It was disappointing not to have loyalty status recognized, no free bottled water, no gift. It is those little things that keep you loyal. Room amenities are basic, bed is very comfortable, pillows too soft. Due to pandemic breakfast not available, reception not manned 24 hours so if exiting outside hours you need to manually push button and there are no antibacterial wipes.

The staff were pleasant and helpful the room #112 was well appointed and clean. The location was great and suited our purposes, shopping center Rouse Hill 10 min walk and the Mean FIDDLER pub next door; bonus. However the place is let down by the state of the carpets in the lifts and corridors, a minor thing I know but doesn't look good in such a nice hotel.

Rouse hill’s motel is very clean, quiet and comfortable. The room was perfect for my partner and i it was a good size, bed was huge! Everything was easily accessible and nothing was a problem, staff were wonderful! The rooms don’t have a window for fresh air which i like but it wasn’t a big deal for 2 nights, the rooms weren’t at all stuffy which was great. Overall fantastic stay and will definitely stay again!
