Great but one major disappointment

Great place, nice and quiet and comfortable but so disappointed with my coffee order at breakfast. I waited 40 minutes for a latte. Eventually found someone and requested in quicky and after a further 10 minutes was told min was being made now. Colleagues who ordered 30 minuets after me all received theirs. I was offered it in a takeaway cup but not that useful when I was off to brush my teeth and head off.

Room was neat, tidy and clean, staff were friendly. Notes: Staff did not advise the keycard in the little folder activated the lift to upper levels. This caught out a couple of patrons. Were not told of facilities of the hotel, i.e. where to get a meal, that there was a pool, spa or gym, would we like breakfast or dinner etc. i.e. no up sell!
