Ibis Styles Palmas 3 gwiazdki

Hotel bem localizado e quarto bem decorado, porém com graves problemas de manutenção/ construção. Durante minha estadia de 1 noite tive problema com falta de água ( me ofereceram balde), problemas no ar condicionado e chuveiro pingando. Infelizmente não são problemas aceitáveis, especialmente qdo procuramos um hotel de rede.

Esperava bem mais! Atendente sem empatia alguma. Esquecemos o documento de identificação da nossa bebê e pedimos para realizar o check-in e apresentar o documento mais tarde, já que estávamos com uma bebê exausta da viagem, chorando, e mesmo assim nosso pedido não foi atendido. Chegando ao quarto, mais decepção, pia do banheiro vazando mt, deixando banheiro alagado. Torneira do chuveiro solta, caindo toda vez que íamos utilizar o chuveiro, um transtorno imenso! Café da manhã ok, porém, não há espaço suficiente para todos os hóspedes, ou come em pé ou fica esperando alguém terminar de comer. Isso com uma bebê de colo, transtorno total! Estacionamento sem cobertura e nem um guarda-chuvas para levar o hóspede até o carro não possuem! Não recomendo e com ctz não voltaremos. Há melhores opções de hospedagem em Palmas e com tarifas até mais baratas.

The services offered in this hotel, is not the same of the Accor Hotels. You have to training more your employies. Reception and kitchen employies must understand that the guest is in the first place, not thenselves.

The stay was hassle-free from the beginning to the end: staff is friendly (and speaks some English!), the reception efficient, and the room was fine and quiet. Attention: there is not much in terms of restaurants or shopping in the immediate vicinity. The room is equipped in typical Ibis style: all plastic, all shiny but once a bit older it looks shabby. The bed was very hard, but this is subjective. Unfortunately, there was no table to work on, and a master light switch is missing. The bathroom was really small, but clean and warm water was available around the clock. The wifi was very slow at times. Breakfast was fresh and offered good choice, I liked it. The dinner menue is limited and after 3 days you do not know anymore what else you might try. Taste is fine. Attention: the kitchen is closed on Sunday!

The hotel is great. Everything is brand new and clean, the internet is great for brazillian standards and the staff is really kind and helpful. Besides, the Hotel is close to the most important points in the city of Palmas. I strongly recommend.
