The hotel room was clean and in good repair, but the bed was not comfortable. The price was great, and when I go to Pouso Alegre again, I am likely to book this hotel.

Payed for a room which I didn't get, but afterall it was ok

I reserved the room "STANDARD APARTMENT WITH 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SOFA BED", but I was given a simpler room, without sofa, and smaller, and I was charged the same price as the one I reserved. Besides this hotel mistake, the room was very clean and it was more than I expected. Some troubles with the mall parking, but nothing serious. The breakfast was also very nice, but they should refill the eggs more frequently, because everyday that I went to eat, the eggs were missing. Eu reservei o quarto "STANDARD APARTMENT WITH 1 DOUBLE BED AND 1 SOFA BED", mas me deram um quarto mais simples, sem sofá, e menor, e eu fui cobrado pelo preço do quarto que reservei. Apesar desse erro do hotel, o quarto estava muito limpo e foi além do esperado. Alguns problemas com o estacionamento do hotel, mas nada sério. O café da manhã também estava ótimo, mas eles deveriam colocar mais ovos com mais frequencia, porque todos os dias que eu ia comer, não tinha mais ovos.

It was all great: the bed, the bathroom, the breakfast, the treatment received for the employees... Everything was pleasent and I have no complains at all. The room is very clean and wide. Very comfortable.

Well located hotel, at the entrance of the city. Good breakfast, with options of paes, fruits, juices, pastries and yogurt. Cleanliness ok but we had to request additional towel as there was only one.
