Ibis Styles Franca 3 gwiazdki

Já me hospedei em diversos hotéis da cidade. Na minha última visita fiquei no Ibis “vamos no Ibis para não ter erro, é padrão mesmo”. Infelizmente não tive nenhum ponto positivo. Ao chegar a recepção estava fazia, ficamos aguardando alguém nos recepcionar. Fizemos uma pré reserva, mas aparentemente não tinha nada no sistema. Os quartos são iguais se você selecionar individual ou casal. A estrutura é terrível, as paredes são de papel, você consegue escutar a conversa do quarto ao lado. Quartos com as paredes sujas e descascando, não por falta de limpeza, das funcionárias, mas por falta de manutenção. Box do banheiro muito mal planejado, TV instalada em uma altura ruim. Olhando as avaliações que li, pensei que o café da manhã iria salvar, não é ruim, mas também não é bom. Em muitos outros hotéis com o mesmo valor e localidade próxima são bemm melhores. Em relação a decoração, miraram em algo descolado e acertaram em um motel. No quarto teoricamente para duas pessoas, só tinha uma toalha, a recepcionista solicitou que eu descesse para retirar a que faltava. Eles não trabalham com toalha de rosto. Resumindo: péssima escolha, tem diversos hotéis na cidade, com o mesmo valor e muuuuuito melhores!!

Café da manhã muito gostoso, apartamentos novos que acomodam bem o casal e o atendimento da equipe de recepção e de hotelaria é excelente. Hotel fica bem localizado, perto do shopping e de bons restaurantes.

I ive in NYC and had great 15 days in Franca while staying in this hotel. It has great location very close to shopping mall and great restaurants around it. Easy access. Rooms are small but perfect size for business trip or vacation (do not spend much time in the room). The Staff was very courteous and efficient. Helped me plan my taxi rides and guaranteed my car driver was reliable and safe.

Arco was super clean and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious enough. Very comfy stay overall, would come back again. The one downside is the breakfast - the options were limited and were not extremely tasty.

I stayed one night at the hotel. First, the check in was quick and efficient. I arrived at the hotel at about 9 am, but the room was available. The staff at the hotel was very kind and friendly. It is a budget hotel, but you find the main amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The room is very clean, with air conditioning, cable TV with several channels (it exceeded my expectations for a budget hotel), a fridge filled with a good selection of drinks and snacks. The bathroom is modern with a good power shower. The only suggestion is to have a face towel. There was just one good towel. The location is also good. Breakfast is good too. There is a good selection of food, from fresh food to tasty cakes. Service is fast and friendly. The Wi-Fi was also of very good quality and speed was fast. Good point for the hotel! If you are on business in Franca you can stay there and you won’t regret. Good price for a very good rest!
