Comfortable room, short walk from the train station, Family mart nearby, Kettle and fridge, Pjs provided, lovely view, free shuttle to and from TDR, 30 min from Tokyo Station by train, free coffee, microwave, very affordable and modern

We love the room with 2 double decker beds. The kid love the upper deck. The room side is good for four. We love the breakfast, which have both continental and Japanese options. The only issue is the limited free transport to Shin Urayasu station, but we can easily hop on to the feeder bus no 17 to the bus terminal at Shin Urayas Station (with a mall and plenty of food choice here). The free shuttle to Disneyland is available but make sure you come 10 minutes earlier to catch the bus. Overall worth the money and definitely will come again.

Perfect for visiting DisneySea and Disneyland. It's a 16min walk to the closest station which has plenty of shops and restaurants around. They also have a free shuttle to Disney but being so close to the Airport, it would be great to have a shuttle service to the airport as well even if for a fee. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy!

The staff, an old man, who serviced on Fri April 5 around 10 pm, was really bad. I brought the trash bag down and placed it beside the trash box (it could not be put inside, as the box is small). That man pointed my face and shouted loudly “stop,stop, stop, take it back to your room.” He was supposed to ask me politely “do you want to throw it? May I help you?” I had to talked and explained to him. He was angry, spoke loudly “ i will take it.” He unavoidably took the trash bag. I really disappointed with this service level. He was not supposed to point my face and shouted at me. I was the hotel guest and he was supposed to service me. I hope that there will be explanation about this matter to me. Good location and decent rooms. About a 15 min walk to Shin-Urayasu station or you can take the #17 bus for a 5 min drive to the station. They provide shuttle service to and from the Disney resort as well. Housekeeping was crappy though as I asked for new sheets 2x and to no avail.
