Food is good. Staff is extending great hospitality. Comod is worst. It is not getting flushed. Worst bathroom design.

Good and comfortable stay

Good, neat, clean compact well designed rooms. facing the serpentine flyover with great effort taken to make the rooms noise proof.. that makes your stay quite blissful. Quick reception executive ensures smooth and hassle free check-in and check- out. The housekeeping are well mannered, polite and always at the service and greet you... feels like home. Now the restaurant, food is good and special mention about the staff Ms. Neha.. She is an amazing at her hospitality and ensures you are comfortable. One small con and I believe it can be taken care. Apart from Ms. Neha, the other servers are quiet more enthusiastic and they disappear only to notice them chatting around in a group. If one person takes and order, some one else would come and deliver a wrong order. They would not clear the tables untill you reach out to them give multiple reminders. Apart from Ms Neha and Chef Solemon, the other servers and chefs should be given some disciplinary training. Overall... I would recommend IBIS Hebbal and look forward to stay again soon.
