Was upgraded to a balcony room with seaview but this actually felt like a downgrade as there was very loud music from the restaurant next door. Pool was nice

Staff are super nice and helpful, Phúc and Tài do the best job possible, even when I wanted to change room for a better view they supported me immediately without questioning. Breakfast is 8/10, room is 8/10, view 9/10, location is 10/10.
