I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Chadstone! The room was modern and up-to-date, with a beautifully designed bathroom that made for a relaxing experience. The bed was incredibly comfy, ensuring a great couple of night's sleep. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service from the receptionist, who was not only friendly but went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel's location is perfect, being right next to the shopping center and a variety of food options. Overall, a memorable and enjoyable stay!

Check in was excellent, well presented and friendly staff. Dinner was fabulous, great meal and lovely attentive staff. The room's toilet had a strong smell of urine. It was hard to stomach but my stay was quite short so I didn't worry about it too much.

Hi, we are a group of 4 woman and book every year on the first week of December annually ( have been coming for years) and feel although convenient for our big shopping trip we felt a little underwhelmed, had issues with waiting for things like ice buckets, bandaids, tea bags. we waited so long!
