The hotel staff are helpful and committed to their work. The hotel's location is also quite attractive, close to the metro. Great breakfasts. Additionally, throughout the day, you can use coffee, tea and water in the lobby. I appreciate that the hotel is committed to ecological activities. They do not make your stay difficult at all.

Nice and Calm hotel with Friendly Staff in the 13th arrodishment of Paris

I recommend this hotel in the 13th arrondissement of Paris. It is budget but with all the necessities, large rooms, perfect soundproofing, and most importantly, very kind and friendly staff. Also, they accept dogs, and we enjoyed traveling with our 4-legged companion.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and the location is great, just across the road from the metro 7 with connections to everywhere it’s so easy to get around. However, it was a ‘pay at the property’ arrangement yet they took payment the week before. I did online check in and they debited the amount again and when I queried this they said it was an error and refunded one straight away (which went into my account there and then). They said they would keep the other pre authorisation for proof of funds and I could just use this to pay when I was physically there. When I arrived they said I needed to settle my bill so I explained they already had pre-authorisation and I was told they could use this, he agreed and thanked me but by the time I got to my room they had taken payment again! I waited until I got home to query this as I assumed the other payment would drop off but it still hasn’t. They did email me proof that 2 of the 3 payments had been cancelled but the first returned to me as soon as and I’m still waiting for the 3rd one to come back to me. Such a shame that this has dampened my experience as the staff are lovely but taking payment for a hotel 3 times and taking ages to return it, makes me not want to book direct for my next stay.

In general a nice place, basically a hostel at high level - for tourists. Esy to access by metro area around has some nice restaurants. Breakfast ok, may take some time to find a suitible table as a family. Room service leaves room for imtovement...
