We had breakfast twice during our family stay at the hotel, and on both occasions, we were warmly served by Raisya from the F&B team. Her friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine care truly made a difference in our experience. Raisya was not only helpful, but also showed great initiative in making sure our family, especially the kids, were comfortable and well taken care of. Her consistent service and positive attitude stood out both times. Thank you, Raisya, for your excellent hospitality—you're a true asset to the team!
