Tiny room for the price! wedding guests from balcony reception drunk, swearing, yelling and vomiting down below our room. Kids yelling and yelling and screaming down the hallway. Reception were cold and not very welcoming. Lights had blown in the room and the fan would only span at one speed

Hotel location is good. Housing keeping is done daily. View from the balcony is great. But it is a bit noisy in our stay. And it is a bit dust inside the room.

I checked in late, and the bar was closed at 9 pm AS a gold member I get a free drink, as the bar was closed, I couldn't. in the morning I asked to get a takeaway drink (mineral water, beer, soft drink etc.) I was advised all I get was something in a cup or glass. Typical Accor, expect us to show loyalty however they never do. I also emailed the hotel manager as she apparently doesn't take phone calls, and Sarah Derry I'm still waiting on a response over two weeks later.
