Overnight stay in a very well appointed room. Extremely comfortable bed and excellent choice at the buffet style breakfast.

Have stayed before and would stay again. Very quick check in and was able to park right outside as not in school holiday time. Lovely rooms and very clean. Was able to ask for more towels at reception if needed and any questions or queries were answered with no problem at all. Perfect location and short walk to town. Great breakfast choice and lounge/bar area very welcoming, was able to have food there also.

Non existent partial sea view room

First of all payment not great, I was emailed about checking in and asked for a reserve payment of 220 but it said this would be reduced on leaving. I thought great so all I need to do is check in and on leaving room rate will be deducted from reserved amount and the wrest refunded. When I arrived this thought was wrong not only had you reserved £220 you then asked I pay a further £125 and assured me this £220 would be refunded back as long as I never took any room service. We never on checkout the following morning I still felt uneasy about the £220 reserve and asked again to a different receptionist she looked very unsure about this so showed her my online banking stating this reserve. She said that there request to reverse this... I'm yet to see the money back in my account. I also requested a partial sea view room which was approved I stayed in 236 there was no view at all of the sea and instead of the roundabout. I'm also glad we never had to call down to reception as there was no phone in the room.
