Nice hotel, easy access to public transport

The cleaning lady Gülten was very nice and cleaned our two rooms every day. The breakfast at the hotel was just ordinary. The coffee was just a low quality instant and while a normal brewed coffee was available it was extra and not part of the normal booked breakfast. As a reward of Accor Platinum membership we expected breakfast to include the brewed coffee to say the least. The metro/bus is only a short walk away which gives easy access to explore the city.

Overall fine. Some opportunities for the hotel; the gym needs upgrading and should be open 24/7, the room wasn’t really cleaned daily - just tidied up, laundry needs to be returned to room faster and without asking, would like to be able to buy a beer

Not a very good experience sorry to say that. Specifically 8th of June and 10th of june around 10.10pm we went to the restaurant in downstairs but the restaurant managers refused to serve us although we said its only 10.10pm and you close at 11pm . I complained to the guy in reception.he was agreed with me as Closing time 11pm. That same guy in the restaurant made me carry food tray to my room without any help.i was unable to push the button for lift to come because i was carrying a tray with full of food. I never experience that kind of rudness from a good Hotel when i stay there. That was 8th june . When he refused to serve me sitting in the restaurant and have food . Time was only 10.15pm. that man was incharge of the restaurant seems to me does not like the job he is doing. He was serving with anger and annoyed. On my leaving morning no one even offer to carry my luggages or help to carry. I have travelled almost 50 countries in the globe,when i reach or leave Hotels always hotel staff carry our bags happily but in your Hotel staff never offer me anything. However overall experience is not good at all.

Betty E Friends getaway - TripAdvisor review

The hotel is averagely nice, the breakfast is nothing to write home about not much variety especially the fact that non of the staff @breakfast speak English. Our stay at this hotel 🏨 was made comfortable especially by Suar who went above and beyond to correct the problems with our rooms that was messed up and everything else because he speaks very good English. He basically ensured we had a lovely stay through out. And to Cengiz such a lovely guy who not only knows his job but speaks good English, was always available to help with a smile. Honestly,these 2 Lads deserve a pay rise..we will back to this hotel just because of the 2 of you😊
