If you want to stay on the most beautiful island, have the most amazing food and be treated like a VIP from start to finish, then you have to stay here! We came here for our honeymoon for 10 days and safe to say I did have a little cry when it came to leaving. From start to finish the island blew us away, it is absolutely stunning and the design of the rooms/restaurants/bar/pool are so beautiful you just want to constantly take photos because you dont believe what your eyes are seeing. The food is to die for, every meal always was amazing (we definitely have come home heavier than we left!), the drinks/cocktails as well, insane. The blue ocean is no joke, I quite literally couldn't believe how stunning it was and the marine life!! I cant count how many turtles we saw whilst snorkelling (maybe around 10/11?) and the way the island is so sustainable I absolutely love. The rooms are stunning, we upgraded from sunrise water villa to sunset water villa but both were absolutely gorgeous. The amount of space you get is insane and such good options for the mini fridge too. We actually spent all of our days at the main pool and it was so lovely. The beach is stunning and so clean, no rubbish to be seen anywhere. I wouldn’t worry about the weather, yes it did rain a couple of times but it didn’t last long and there’s so many activities to do to keep you occupied! BRING A GO PRO IF YOU LIKE SNORKELLING! Cause you will see the most amazing marine life and want to capture it all. The restaurants from start to finish never ever let us down. We mostly wanted to eat at Raha market because not only was the food amazing but live music every night gave the restaurant an atmosphere like no other. Both Azure and Kata never let us down, the only thing I would say is that there are quite a few things on the menu which cost extra £, which is abit sad for an all inclusive resort that it isnt all included but I wouldnt let this put you off as all the options that are included are amazing. We did still buy some extras from Azure and they didn't let us down, I think this is the only potential thing I would say is that there are some things that are not included in 'all inclusive' but again I would come back because everything else is amazing. Recommendations - everything at breakfast was amazing but the crepes were unreal! I can’t remember who made my pancakes but thank you every day!! Lunch - again all amazing food but the pad Thai and the prawns were beyond amazing. Raha market - I fell in love with the duck pasta & Thai corn fritters. Azure - the Australian tenderloin is a must and if you like oysters just pay the extra because they were amazing! Kata - all the sushi, I have no words. It was all amazing I could compliment this island for ages, but I tell you what it really is the people who make this hotel and island what it is. Jinah our villa host, from start to finish he made us feel special, we got to know him & he was literally there for us every second of the day. He bent over backwards for us and made sure we had the most incredible experience. We owe a lot of how good our holiday was to him, so thank you Jinah we miss you! Subhash - Our favourite waiter who literally bent over backwards for us every day and made our last night incredibly special. You were amazing and we felt like we gained a friend in you so thank you. Steven - You are a credit to the team as a general manager, your attentiveness to all guests didnt go unrecognised. Thank you for everything you did for us! Neus - Let me tell you, I absolutely LOVE turtles and she taught me so much about them and showed us how to go and find them ourselves which we did every day! You are an absolute credit to the island, so thank you so much for everything you did for us. KK - I think we're going to have to come back next year so Jed can have a rematch at table tennis, pool & darts! You taught us our now favourite game on darts, I think everyone on the island thought we were really odd for playing every day but we loved it! We will be back for a rematch! Patrick - Our favourite restaurant was Raha Market because of you! Not only because we loved the food but your singing was amazing. What an atmosphere to be in, live music and good food. Wow. You made me cry multiple times because your voice was so wonderful, thank you for singing our first dance song, it meant so much to us. Sobir - The most amazing house keeper, every day coming back to different animals on the bed in towels, always putting a flower on my teddy bear. Thank you! Jalley - I will always be amazed by how amazing your art is, we are so lucky to have two of your paintings hung up in our house now. You really are an incredible talent & thank you for my necklace, I'm still wearing it now! Chinna & Joey - The best cocktails all day and night! Thank you so much for always finding us something lovely to drink. Jeet & Purni - Two people I'm convinced never have a day off! You are absolutely everywhere and always the most helpful. Saving us our favourite seat and serving with a smile so thank you. Ari - Kata chef on the last night, thank you for making our last night so special with the most amazing food! Shaami & Zee - Thank you for the great service Ninja & Sujad - Always the most helpful & up for a laugh! Thank you so much for always being there to help as well There will be so many people I havent mentioned but the staff and island from start to finish was amazing. What a beautiful honeymoon we had and it was definitely thanks to the staff as a credit to the hotel. Thank you & see you soon!

Exceptional and courteous service by every single team member we had the pleasure to interact with. From the moment we disembarked the plane to the point we boarded our return flight, we were taken care of most professionally and courteously. As soon as we arrived at the resort, our Villa host (Ninni) ensured we were set up for a relaxing holiday. Steven, the manager, was exceptionally polite and ensured he interacted with every guest; what a fantastic ambassador for Canadian values and Fairmont! Zee at the Azure restaurant was warm and welcoming and confirmed that our culinary experience was as best as possible. Ajjet was so warm and welcoming every time he saw us at the Raha Market, and Pankaj’s French toast at the breakfast was divine! Azam ensured that our villa was in pristine condition when we returned and the level of cleanliness was top-notch! Martin (Yoga Instructor) was so polite and friendly, although I missed his subsequent sessions! KK alluded to his passion for wellbeing and one of his projects. He took time to show us around and even explained the rules of playing ‘Darts, although my wife seemed to be a secret champion as she kept beating me, the final tally, four times in a row! She even won the ‘Crab Race! What a fantastic time we had! Neus at the sustainability lab showcased the exceptional work the team are doing to recycle plastic and support the rehabilitation of the wildlife abundant in the local reef, especially the gorgeous turtles, in collaboration with ‘The Oliver Ridley Project’. What she did next was to reassure us about venturing out of our comfort zone and considering snorkelling, which, after a day or two of reflection, we did, and OMG, was that an experience and a half! I am incredibly proud of my wife for doing something like this, and if it was not for Neus, we would have never explored and appreciated the fantastic wildlife and got to see Poppi. We then reminisced about the experience with David back at the sustainability lab. We were also given the complimentary video footage, and now my Instagram account is flush with videos of sea life! We spent the first week of our honeymoon at The Fairmont, we had a warm welcome from the staff - who went above and beyond throughout our stay to do everything for us. Collection from the airport for our transfer both to and from was excellent. We were wowed by the hospitality - especially from our butler Hassan and Subash (server). We had the most incredible stay and will be back as soon as we can. Location: 5/5 (it is more rural than say male atoll so sea plane takes 1hr roughly but it is well worth the trip as you can’t see ANY buildings here, just nature) Villas: 5/5 Wildlife: 5/5 Staff: 5/5

We came all the way from Beijing to Male, and then took a seaplane to the island. We stayed at the Fairmont Maldives for a total of 5 nights, including two nights in a sunset beach villa and three nights in a sunset water villa. This was an excellent trip and a great vacation experience. The color of the sea water is great. The climate on the island is pleasant and not very hot. There are lush original vegetation everywhere. The facilities of the villa are also well maintained. I like the decoration style of the room,and this hotel has many Internet celebrity elements, such as a 200-meter-long swimming pool and a large copper pot bathtub.The seafood provided in the restaurant is very fresh and delicious, the lobsters are kept alive in the water tank! (This is more in line with the Chinese concept). At the welcome ceremony, you can see Mr. Ali and other staff who are good at dancing dance for you. The general manager, Mr. Steven, is very kind and enthusiastic. If there is a chance, he will even driving us back to our villa himself! Our butler Mr.Jinah also met our various needs, and he promptly help us book restaurants and book activities we may need. Restaurant staff Mr. Subhash, Mr. Vivek and Ms. Zee, and others I may not remember their names are all very familiar with the dishes. They will introduce dishes to you in as much detail as possible and provide you with personalized services. The chef will also come to ask us for our opinions on the dishes. It's our first visit to Maldives for honeymoon. We expect so much because we heard that maldives is like heaven. Sirru fen fushi exceed our expectations. There are good service, food, beach, pool, fishes and lovely peoples. I recommend sirru fen fushi to many people. I want to visit there again. Ibrahim who cares us in arrival airport is so friendly. And our butler Jinah is the best butler in Maldives. We are thankful to him. And so many staffs in there are so friendly and kind. I feel like i had a dream. Now i'll work hard and making money for the day to go back there again. Thank you to make us precious memories for sirru fen fushi!
