Great location and facilities. The team made it special, from villa host Jinah. Alex was also very warm and caring. The entire team from all the restaurants, aquatic centre and spa were all professional and personal. I felt very comfortable with all their covid measures too.

We had a wonderful experience in the Fairmont resort. The service, food and facilities were all excellent. In particular, it was the staff that really elevated this resort to something special. They were so friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. We all agreed - including the 3 kids - that it was our best holiday yet.

The Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi is a great resort with the most amazing, professional and thoughtful staff. We had a bad start to our honeymoon because of a missed emirate flight which meant we lost out on 1 day from our stay, but all was forgotten when we arrived to this beautiful resort. We booked the sunrise villa which had an elegant and stylish design. Our butler (Azim) was always available and ready to help with any enquires we had. We enjoyed the resort so much we decided to pay for an extra night to make it a full 7-night stay. One of the managers Nazeer Abdulla was great with us throughout our visit, he was super help-full and managed to upgrade our room to an overwater villa for the last 3 nights. All in all, we loved our stay and would highly recommend The Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi particularly to honeymooners. We would like to highlight and especially thank Adams, Adam, Vikas, Ashok, Gamal, Hamdy, Sonia, Salah and Nazeer for their wonderful hospitality.

Our stay was amazing. The staff went above and beyond to make our holiday as enjoyable and relaxing as possible. A special mention to Nazeer who spent so much time and effort in arranging things for us as well as being so good with our son. Shendy the Indonesian chef was amazing, even cooked us a special request dinner. Shaffaff our butler was always there when we needed him. The only thing I would say the hotel could improve on would be the general level of food at the main restaurants for dinner. We have stayed at other Maldives resorts which are a much lower budget where the food was better. Another special mention to the airport staff at fairmont who helped us, Mumeeth and Ibrahim knew exactly what to do when we encountered problems at check in with our covid tests.

I had very great experience. I liked the way that each villa has a host to support and serve all time. My villa host Mr. Faisal did a great job making my stay pleasant and I felt very comfortable. Dissatisfied at butler

We were very uncomfortable due to the unprofessional butler. Jinah was not concentrating on us. I was very dissatisfied with all the reservations. As soon as I arrived, I asked for reservations for a dinner restaurant and spa. However, all reservations were not confirmed until the next afternoon. I had to go to the spa and make a reservation directly. And all dinner reservation was available only at the last time. So we always finished our dinners with restaurant closing. Other couples who arrived together on the same plane always had dinner earlier than us. My wife was very angry about that. Our schedule all screwed up because of a late dinner and I couldn't enjoy the meals. Also, he never kept the appointment pick-up time and was not sorry for being late. He made an excuse that it was because of another customer, but I felt like I was pushed back in priority. Except for him, I liked all the really good facilities and dining and environment. I think it was a honeymoon that could have been perfect if the butler had been good. I think that the only thing Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi should need is a professional butler. We were very impressed with Maldive's environment. So our couple will re-visite the Maldives. But I don't think re-visiting Fairmont. If I come back to the Maldives in the future, I think a professional butler, will be the most important thing.
