Great experience welcoming staff , clean rooms, friendly butler Zayaan , we had a problem with lizards coming inside but the staff was professional dealing with situations like that. Checking in and out was easy . Lounge was very nice.

Ah I can't begin to describe how the entire experience in Fairmont felt! It is an absolutely gorgeous place with amazing choice of food, brilliant service throughout, great staff and a beautiful water villa! So much amazing sea life - we saw mantas, devil fish, reef sharks, octopus and soooo many colourful fish! It was an absolute treat! Would definitely recommend and 100% visit again!

We had a great time in Sirru Fen Fushi. We stayed in Deluxe Beach Sunrise Villa and Water Sunrise Villa both rooms are specious and comfortable. We did the booking directly through Sirru Fen Fushi reservation Ms Aan was really helpful with reservation and she explain us everything in the package and also she assist us making spa booking. After we arrive till we check-out she was in touch with us and she did all her best to make our stay perfect. Our butler was Mr Jai he is really friendly and kind. He was therefore us always. He is one of the best butler I have met. We really appreciate and happy with all the services we had.

A dream of a honeymoon :) the weather, facilities are all perfect! Especially all the staff are very professional and caring towards the guests. One staff member Mr.Ashraful was also a delight to talk to, and made the experience even better.

This was our first ever trip to the Maldives so after a lot of resort deliberations we settled on the Fairmont. The main deciding factor was the room product and they certainly did not disappoint. We spent half of our stay in a Beach Villa and then moved to an Overwater Villa. Both villas were clean, modern and had great amenities. We were extremely impressed and the rooms definitely exceeded our expectations. Both of our villas were on the sunrise side, which is where the house reef was. We loved being able to just snorkel from our villas and then enjoyed the sunset from the bar. If we returned I would definitely book the sunrise side of the island again. We were very impressed by the seaplane transfer operation. It felt like a smooth and easy process and we were very well looked after by the Fairmont representative. The return transfer was just as great. We found the resort very quiet with only 40% occupancy at the beginning of our stay and 80% towards the end. We enjoyed this as it was relaxing and everything felt lovely and private. It did however make areas like the bar lack a little atmosphere in the evenings. I do think the music in the communal areas could be improved. We found the playlist by the pool was repeated every hour or so, which we joked about every day. The DJ was great and the atmosphere was much better whenever he was playing at Onu Onu. The singer at Raha Market was lovely but having the same songs every night made us actually avoid the restaurant after a couple of gos. All of the staff on the island were wonderful. Everyone was kind, friendly, and meant well. The stand out was Jeet at Raha Market, he is an absolute star and a credit to the company. Another few team members to mention were Iris from the Dive Centre, Shakhzod from Onu Onu and Hassan from Kata. Our butler Hassan was also very helpful and arranged a lovely in-room amenity following our engagement. We enjoyed the ambience and food offerings at the a la carte restaurants. We did feel like the staff were confused by the style of service in both Azure and Kata. Perhaps some further training on luxury style restaurant service would make the team more confident. That being said they were always kind and we enjoyed our meals. We loved that the chef at Kata would come and check on our experience. We ate at Raha Market on three of our nights and the Maldivian themed night was the highlight- I would highly recommend not missing it! We found the prices at the Dive Centre were high and the added 10% service charge and 16% taxes made many things inaccessible. We enjoyed a sunset jetski and my partner did some waterskiing. Would have loved to have gone scuba diving but just could not justify the price having done it for a fraction elsewhere. Overall we had a lovely stay and would definitely return for the beautiful rooms. Thank you team Fairmont for making our engagement memories extra special!
