I'll start by saying that in general I had a good experience - the staff were excellent and the restaurant was good. And the location is excellent too, right on the beach. However, the room I stayed in was terrible because of many issues. There was a large puddle that formed everyday below a vent (which was dangerous because the floors are tile) and the fridge leaked water too. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in, with dirt and mold throughout. The window wouldn't shut completely, which was very noisy when it was windy outside and allowed bugs and excess moisture in. Finally, the bathroom smelled pretty bad, assumingly due to bad plumbing.

Amazing resort! It has Great food in buffet and specialties and buffet. Quality drinks (wines, wisky, beers, drinks, natural juices, vodka etc) and good entertainment! Banda Zero Bronca was outstanding! Kids had great time with several activities with recreational team. Facilities are new and clean. Warmful crew
