Due to work reasons, I stayed at the Grand Mercure Itaim Bibi hotel for nearly a month, and I was extremely satisfied with my experience. The hotel is located in a very safe area with plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a wide variety of cuisines to try. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. The breakfast is also abundant and delicious. The hotel’s facilities are modern and well-equipped, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I particularly loved the Moringa, a beautifully crafted local ceramic water container provided in the room. It’s a unique cultural touch, and the best part is that it’s available for purchase—so if you like it as much as I did, consider taking one home as a souvenir! My favorite spot in the hotel was the rooftop. Lounging on the sofas by the pool, I could fully soak in São Paulo’s sunshine and blue skies—it was truly a highlight of my stay.

We recommend to stay as staff, ambience is good. Food quality and service is also good. Staff especially Samuel has good communication skills and helpful. Room quality and size is good. Best part, our room has balcony and we had enjoyed all the days

The hotel overall is nice - great location, big rooms and a very good breakfast!!! But be aware of noise - not only from all the construction sites around the hotel (which is out of the hands of the hotel) but also from internal parties and conferences at the hotel. To get away from construction noise (and there is a lot!!) I was recommended by the hotel to book Executive room on the top floor (most expensive category) which I did - only then to realise that these rooms are just under the top floor conference facilities where there was a LOT of noise from event and live bands playing etc. The hotel management did not really care - I had to move rooms 3 times during stay - with no compensation, acknowledgement or apologies. The evening I had to move room because the live music was so loud that it was intolerable... the evening team at the hotel as basically clueless and not very helpful.. they just told me that it would go on until midnight.. and they would not move me to another room temporarily... but only have me to pack all my stuff and move. By no means a 5-star hotel service standard

Great location and made a special effort at the start of our honeymoon. the staff were super attentive and friendly, I mentioned it was the start of our honeymoon and they were amazing, upgrading our room and putting in a bottle of champagne. It was only a stop over for us, but still was great. Highly recommend. Only thing I'd mention, is that they are missing a trick not putting a bar on the roof.

Great staff very helpful beautiful surroundings and extremely clean. I also like the thought of you have a pet friendly environment at the hotel. The bar and coffee shop was incredible stock with great food and beverages. The workers and both area were helful
