We stayed here while attending our JW Convention at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre and had a very enjoyable stay. The location was convenient and the facilities were excellent — we especially loved the pool, spa, sauna and steam room.
The room was comfortable and well presented. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would have been some basic kitchen facilities and cutlery in the room.
Overall, a great experience and we would happily stay again.

The Room was nice. We took advantage of the membership deal of stay two or more nights and have one night free. We stayed for a total of three nights but as we chose to stay in an executive room the "free" extra night actually cost an additional $130.00.
On checking in, the room key did not work and in fact we were required to replace the room key some three times over our stay. A little inconvenient but not critical. There was discussion about the extra fee back in June when the room was booked and I received an email from Thao dated 16 June stating that the total amount was to be $867.80.
On checkout the amount charged was $943.83, significantly more than that previously advised by Thao.
As we checked out on the Wednesday to catch a flight, I rang the hotel the next day at 10:26am and spoke to Karl raising the overcharge with him. He agreed instantly when he reviewed the account that I should not have been charged for breakfasts on our last day and that the charge would be refunded to my Visa. I also raised the issue of the credit card surcharge as it was not mentioned in the quoted $867.00, and he stated he would raise the issue with "the manager".
It is now in excess of a week since this took place and there has been no refund or communication from the Pullman Adelaide.
I hold and have held Platinum membership with Hilton for many years and only on one occasion has something similar occurred. To their credit it was fixed within 24 hours.
I would expect Pullman to have similar levels of customer service.

Room was quite comfortable and a good size. Beds were really good and the room was quiet. Location to Rundle Mall is excellent. The only complaint I had was with breakfast. Everything was always cold!

Hotel is well equipped and good location. A note for future though.
The fire alarm going off at 5.30am on a Sunday morning was not great. The downside here was no explanation or guidance from staff. Upon all guests returning to our rooms, a staff member opened the doors to fire escape to help people get back to their rooms quicker. When getting up to the 9th floor by stairs, we could not open those doors. So back down again.
