Sleeping with the noise is a challenge

Unfortunately this hotel is let down by the lack of noise insulating windows which seem to let in all the noise from the kiosk across the road. I have experienced music played very late 23:30! at full volume. This feels like the window is open at times. All you can hear is thudding music. If you want to sleep maybe go somewhere else.

I had one of the rooms with ocean view, first they booked me at lower floor, then moved me up when a different room became available. Breakfast was excellent, overall customer service was pretty good as well.

Every time I have been in Rio, my wife and I have chosen this hotel. Its location is in front of the beach and very close and easy to reach out good restaurants and places to visit. Rooms are so comfortables and clean. The customer service is outstanding and breakfast as well. I highly recommended to stay there! Congrats to Mr. Guilherme Mendes and his staff! 👏👏👏

Hotel is Great Restaurant is a Disaster!

I arrived on Feb 4th and decided to try the hotel restaurant as it was raining and i got in very late. I ordered 2 dishes meant to be my dinner and a Caipi Vodka. The two dishes i ordered came out 10 mins apart and by someone that wasn't looking after my table. I had to personally hail the bartender to get more drinks. I truly felt invisible in this restaurant and this restaurant is not that big and the consistency of the drinks was nowhere near where it should have been. Either the manager doesn't care that this restaurant keeps getting terrible reviews or they need to clean house and get a better staff. The front desk staff at this hotel were outstanding, helping me book day tours sometimes very last minute, giving me restaurant recommendations. The hotel was very clean and well located.

Hotel nice. Service in Restaurant is a katastrophe. 25 min waiting for a drink. Ignorant service… horrible

Service at the Restaurant is not really existing, 25 min to wait for a coffee or a drink ?After request 2 times you just get blamed. Very unfriendly. Reception is cool, food is good too, but the managers have to kick out these unfriendly personal who did not do their jobs in the restaurant.
