Hotel rooms look better in The pictures. Breakfasts wers very poor. Only swimming pool was on plus.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 days and during this period there was no cleaning of the room.

The hotel is well located and we had a good stay. However, the inner state of the apartment shows that it requires refurbishing and revamping.

The hotel is well located, the staff is curteous and addresses requests promptly, the hotel has a very good design overall. The rooms were clean and the suite we took was excellent just in front of the sea and with direct access to the pool, thus excellent! However, the inner side of apartments show clearly that it requires an urgent renovation, such as in the case of our room the wardrobe was literally falling apart. The hotel shared premises (pool, reception, restaurant) were in good condition. The food served at the restaurant was not at the standards I am used to while staying at Accor, actually much below the standards.

During this pandemic we looked for a hotel that offered more than just a room with a bath, and a place were we felt safe with the added required cleaning and reduced crowds. The rooms with kitchen and balcony were spacious and we did not feel confined. The staff overall was helpful and quick to answer our requests. Our10 day stay included Christmas and New Year. The pool area was great, with lots of chairs for whoever wanted to sunbathe and for those who would rather take in the view under a less sunny space. We thought the restaurant needed more cleaning because the floors were often full of spilt morsels, napkins, pieces of bread and even pasta with tomato sauce which no one seemed to clean up and just walk right over it. We had to call the waiter and reinforce the need for the cleaning. We also thought the Christmas dinner was varied and interesting but overpriced. The lunch buffet was the best. Food was delicious and a good choice instead of the never changing a la carte menu. The room was very comfortable with televisions and air conditioners in the bedroom and in what would be a living room with a sofa bed. The greatest fault in my opinion was the cleaning. The rooms were cleaned every other day, to avoid staff entering the rooms too often, which for us was ok, but the floors were never well cleaned. The halls to the rooms were often cleaned during the day, and the elevator too. But the restaurant lacked some better cleaning of the floors. the tables were wiped clean with alcohol after each person used the table. This was the part that worried us the most since we needed a place to rest from the hectic isolation we had endured during the year and did not need the stress of worrying about possible contagion. In general, we were very happy with our stay. These minor items we have pointed out is to help the hotel improve the service were we thought it was needed. The staff, all of them, were really great. Everyone was bright and cheerful, and tried their best to help us in whatever we needed. Congratulations on your staff!!!

Stayed one night, reception greeting was good. Was informed of the schedule for breakfast and chose to receive breakfast in the room. Filled out the paperwork required and submitted to have it at 9:00 am as I was due to depart the hotel at 9:30 a.m. Next day, nothing came until 9:30 to the room. When I went down and was told I can use the restaurant and upon entering discovered that I have to refill a new paper and wait for the food to be prepared so I left the hotel without breakfast just orange juice. My advice is to make sure that you do not order breakfast in your room unless you order early on so if you leave at 10 then I would order it to be delivered at 7 am to make sure that you do get it. It is better to do it in the room because the area in the restaurant is smaller and you will have to refill the paperwork for your order and wait for it. Room was good , airconditioning working and nice. View from Room was great seeing the swimming pool and the boat marina. Not too crowded I guess because of pandemic. But a large number of rooms. There is a little kitchenette in the room so if you are staying longer you can bring your own food.

I arrived at lobby after a 48 hrs travel and came to know that agent did not send mail for reservations. I was made to stand at the lobby for a considerable time. When I asked , the reply was “ you agent didn’t book “. Unfortunately not water or a coffee was offered while waiting for the mail to come. In the room there is no hotpot. So very difficult to get hot water for drinking especially at night . Hope u can provide a hotpot in the room .

I believe that the front team of the hotel could be less hostile and more hospitable, especially the more experienced and know how to differentiate customers who use the hotel through accor programs, I would have countless other hotels to use in agra, but I opted for accor

The lack of a games room (table tennis, snooker, etc.) is unacceptable since it's very useful for rainy days. Fundamental for a hotel of this category ! Breakfast, dinner etc... was good! but all rooms need a good makeover!

The hotel is nice but quite disorganised. We booked a room for 3 people. On arriving we only had 2 bath towels and no pool towel. I requested them from reception. 2 hours later I still had no towels and had to call again. The restaurant is also disorganised, lunch starts at 12 but food was not ready until almost 1pm. Same for breakfast, it starts at 6 but bread was only available after 7pm. In one day there was no pao de queijo for 50 min. The pool bar service was also really slow with only 1 person in the kitchen and 1 serving, and this during high season!!!!!

Check in and check out was very time consuming. The plaster of the porch ceiling was falling. Worst of all, there was construction work in the hotel. The loud noise of the materials, drill and bricklayers caused the labyrinthitis to attack, even though it informed the reception that it was sick, the hotel did not interrupt the noise.
