Strategic Location, Luxury Hotel, I got the Room 1922, facing the Maspion Square and the Train Crossing. The Train Crossing is busy during the night from 09.00 PM - 02.00 AM, for light sleeper I recommend to choose the other side (facing the RSAL). The AC in the room cannot be shut down or lowered down, for Asma people and cold temprature sensitive, recommend using thermal cloth for sleeping, the AC temp is 20C. in Level 19, the all the telco signal (Telkomsel, Indosat and XL-Axiata) is bad, and upon 08.00PM when the guest is crowed, the Wifi also bad. even the room service officer need to change EDC looking the best signal. The room is spacious, comfy dan Luxury. the bed is comfortable and clean.

Although it sis not in the prime location, but it's in the ideal location, relatively near to the airport and within the reach of the some important government institution office The hospitality of the hotel member is excellence, from arrival through end It's a third stays for me and the last time I stayed in the executive suite in 2022, for 3 nights Seems like they have a plumbing problem, for the last day/night my stay, wher ethe debit of the water is not function very well
