I had a pleasant stay for one night at the Grand Mercure Surabaya City. Got free upgrade room because of the Gold Accor Live member. I contacted the hotel for early check in and was served very well. Definitely will stay here again when going to visit Surabaya next time. Thanks Grand Mercure Surabaya City!

Eventhough stayed in this hotel for one night as an accorplus gold member, my experiences in this hotel was great. I was personally attended by the duty managers. Especially Mr Samsul, the front desk duty manager was very polite and helpfull. As a duty manager, he even had time to deliver my luggage to the room. I was feeling honoured. The breakfast experiences was great. Another restaurant duty manager (sorry, i forgot the name) bought some fresh juice for me and even take selfie with me. Eventhough some dish was seasoned blandly, generally my breakfast experiences was very superb. The executive suite room was very spacious, modern, stylish and very clean. I enjoyed complimentary welcome cakes and in-room cofee machine. It's my pleasure to stay again in this hotel.

As an accorplus Gold member, i was delighted staying at this hotel. My first night at this hotel was very comfortable. Cleanliness, Politeness of the staffs, and delicious Welcome cakes made my stay memorable. The Executive suite was spacious and elegantly designed. Eventhough just only one night staycation, i felt like a VVIP guest. The duty manager Mr. Samsul surprisingly carried my luggage during check-in, and the restaurant manager (sorry i forgot the name) brought me some fresh juice for breakfast. Even he took some picture with me after breakfast. The hotel staffs granted my request for early check-in and late check-out easily. Eventhough there are little lacking aspects such as no bathrobes, a little bit longer waiting time for amenity request and some resistant question from operator during amenity request, everything was arranged perfectly. The location is very central, near Surabaya downtown, airport, and highway exit "Waru". This hotel is very recommended for business stay.

First of all thank you for Bening she helping me for handle my request and running well, she handle what i need since bookiny and stay. Second one please make sure all team specially handling guest directly know about yout product knowledge, rules etc. I come and my friend confused about parking i ask in the lobby but i can get cleary answers. Security handle parking not friendly. The operator have different answer with receptionist make me confused about dinner. but thanks for receptionist handle fast and correct. The important thing your room is amazing. Very modern, clean and suspicious so comfortable. The housekeeping send request very fast, Room service do the good job. I hope i will get improvement in your Smart TV facility its look like normal TV and connection for wifi.Restaurant for breakfast is so good. The food is delicious all team is ready if we need something. I hope get excellent service for next stay bcs 5 star service is your Priority! FO team must attractive. I will back soon and hope Grand Mercure get bigger success!! Stay safe!!

I checked in 5th to 7th in 1903 moved to 1910 room this hotel is my fav hotel every business trip in Surabayas City. last stay was awful, my next room was crew member of an airlines having a fight nearly violence with room mates as i could clearly overheard through the wall into my room. i complained twice at 2000hr at 2300hr both complain done by security visit and knocked the 1905 rooms and through the DM at the shift also confirmed me that it is a internal room mates fighting. So damn noisy and it is very uncomfortable to heard that kind of violence voice fighting. then the DM offer to room change which i clue him that i willing to pay a extra money for better room instead of it the guy give me 1910 room which smaller and has connecting door which so not so me room. i asked the guy, and and unbelieve able question asking me which part of the rooms is smaller ?? is this a question ? or are you guys joking with me ? am i so damn stupid cannot make difference between room size ??? check the lay out in the elevator you may see the difference sir~!!!!!! i said. nothing more than just a word sorry. OK here is the scenario if there are two room complain to the same rooms lets say 1903 me and 1907 complain about 1905 how will they handle ? shall we both move or they move ?? when you ask us to move it is standard we got the same or even we got it better awful in Bali, same case they move me into better, so your act speak louder that apology. Anyway, its still my fav hotel i just upset because how they responding and solving matter Thanks

This is easily the best Accor Hotel in Surabaya, very new and modern. Breakfast restaurant has a nice look and spacy. Special thanks and mention to Diah and Mila from the front office who have helped us to find and ship our kid's lost shoe and our precious YL diffuser! They were very attentive to help us from beginning until it was found and sent over to our house. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Surabaya.

kamar bersih, comfy, well prepared hollywood style bed & baby cot.. cuman sayangnya pas saya submit voucher upgrade kamar, FO manager infokan: same room but you can get mini bar. when i upgrade, I expect bigger room, bigger bath room, and nice northern city view.. not just minibar :) LOL.. in other *5 hotels, they provide dilmah tea or illy coffee in room, but in GMS just local tea (sosro or tong tji) i forgot.. I got strong ice cappucino when i redeem welcome drink, and i love it... Anyway I didn't receive point during my stay yet..
