The room service for the night was limited to one sandwich, but had a whole menu with many options which were not available. The room I first checked in had problem with door lock which was impossible to have it locked, but even though the front desk initially suggested to stay on it, since I could close the door with that limited and frágil internal lock.

Internet didnt work energy beside the bed not working Room and coffe very good.

Beautiful and well-located (near the airport) The hotel needs a tech upgrade. There is an old tv and the apartment phone doesn't work. Nice restaurant.

I am glad to know that we were able to leave a positive impression on you and that we conveyed warmth and hospitality, our main values. From 2023 onwards, we will carry out the updating of several of our equipments, since after the renovation of the structure, and due to operational adjustments necessary for this moment of recovery, we have programmed the progressive replacement of TVs and telephones. I ask you to apologize for not having all the items already adjusted as we wanted. I hope you can return soon and honor us with your choice, we will be glad to welcoming you back!
