Only two comments: in a room for a couple I think that is necessary to have two chairs instead of only one! The same for the face towels.

Check in and check out was slow. Rooms okay - but not always hot water.

The hotel is Nice, Clean and Modern. Construction was ongoing, which caused dust and excessive noise during the Day. Being a Pilot needing Rest for Night Flights made this annoying at best. I am certain when Construction is finished the Hotel will be very nice!

Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience we may have caused you during your recent stay, regardless all the efforts to bring you the most comfortable, silent stay to ensure your resting. Our renovation is now over for one month. Unfortunately, we went through a unexpected maintenance in our electric system, which caused some adjustments, and I´m really sorry for this. I hope that we may have your stay again in the next future, when I´m sure we will be able to show you that all the areas, such as guest rooms, restaurant and lobby, will be more than ready to host you. 1 - The is no "express check-out", standard in hotels of this category; 2 - The menu at the restaurant describe the dishes but after the choose the received dish wasn´t as described... 3 - In the menu of the restaurant there is a lot of diches and beverages, but not all available in the moment to choose it...

It was a very quiet and pleasant stay, thanks to the staff who were very helpful and kind, including the payment in installments. I hope to get in the next trips to Curitiba to stay in this same hotel. I thank the Management and everyone.

the hotel is under renovation, and, will look quite nice, check inn took long time, wifi is practically non existent and very unreliable, room were extremely cold and aircondition didn't heat
