I loved the ambiance and atmosphere . The staff are so friendly and attentive. They are so knowledgeable on their job especially the food that they served. I had a 4 Cours Meal . Also let me add that if you're a member to ALL or Accor you get 20-30% discount. The food was outstandingly great ! Colourful , tastes super great & cooked with detailed ingredients . Kudos to the Chef! Shout out to Brian & Celine of Mariposa 23 Fairmont Seoul !

Pros - Accor priority welcome and tier services have been well - Check-in at Gold Lounge was kind and prompt. - It is one of the best hotel facilities in Korea. - It is convenient because the subway and shopping mall are connected underground. Cons - It's a zero-paper policy, but the guest card and consent form are paper. - The Gold lounge was cluttered and there was noise. - I think the food was not of good quality compared to other hotels. - I don't think the manage is good compared to good facilities. - The facilities are good, but I think there was a lack of consideration for the customers. - There was construction on the road in front of the hotel at midnight and no understanding or notice was received due to the noise related to this. - It also suggests that sound insulation is not good. Ref. - The elevator and key card sometimes malfunction, so it was replaced once. Conclusion. Is this the Fairmont experience talking about at the Fairmont Hotel?

I have stayed here several times for business and every time has been fantastic. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, the breakfast superb and the rooms are great as well. The location right between two subway stops, close to multiple bus lines and next to the Hyundai mall is great.

Shameful customer service

The customer service of the Fairmont is appalling for a hotel of this category. A very expensive designer suit of mine was damaged by their laundry service, and they refused to take responsibility. They claimed the discoloration “resulted from sweat and friction”, as if we were talking about a sweater. The damage was obviously caused by improper strong ironing on a delicate fabric (linen). Besides, most of the buttons on the suit were broken by the laundry, which is a further proof of the unacceptable handling of such an expensive garment. The hotel recognized it and had the buttons replaced, but they would not recognize that the same rough handling caused a discoloration of the suit. I find it unacceptable that you cannot safely hand your garments to a supposedly 5 star hotel. Neither me, nor anyone else in my company will ever set foot in the Fairmont again.

Had a wonderful stay, thoroughly enjoyed Gold Room. Gold Club Lounge was Marvellous. The staff were very Attentive and friendly. Duco was very informative and friendly giving us quite a bit of information which was very helpful. The staff also made our friend David who visited from Seoul University very welcome. He thoroughly enjoyed spending the evening with us in the gold club lounge. Thanks again for a wonderful stay at Fairmont Ambassador 🇦🇺🇦🇺
