This beautiful resort is sited in the middle of a lovely 8 kilometer long beach, Bang Tao, the prettiest in Phuket. With all the 5-star amenities you can imagine that are most graciously and effectively delivered by tons of Staff at your beck and call, you will wish that the Sandbox program still requires a two week stay, because you are going to want to spend a month or more here. I abhor writing reviews, so it takes a truly exceptional customer experience for me to do so. And this is the first 5 star rating I have ever made, here on T.A., or Yelp or anywhere, so you get the idea. My only complaint is that is is hard to see the name tags on the Staff, so I don't well remember them all. Ms Eddy is the "Queen Bee" that ensures all Staff exceeded my many requests and expectations. Ms Oil and Ms Tyra at the world-class Spa fixed a shoulder issue that my massage folks at home have tired to for a year not but could not, and Ms Mook and her team at the Xana Beach Club made each visit there a true pleasure, as did the Staff at the Marketplace breakfast, with ripe tropical fruit and a great variety of Thai food, plus all the Western breakfast staples cooked to perfection at your order. The main lobby has a neat dining area, again, great staff (but could not see the name tags well) and the lady with short hair was especially sweet to all guests there), everyone at the Poolside eating venue was great as well, and Mr. Woody and his Boss gets you a buggy to take you anywhere, anytime. So do yourself a favor and have a wonderful stay at this resort !

We stayed at 4 bedrooms pool villa, the cleanliness was great, the mattress and pillows also great. Nice pool. Should have 1 more common bathroom and indoor bathroom for the bedroom downstairs. A bit far from the sea. Worth the price. Great for relaxing.

everything is perfect it's perfect although something i didn't use but i think it perfect. vila is so comfort for my family and my son. a small swimming pool is very private i like a Barbecue grill and The kitchen so much " Suitable for relaxation "
