Excellent stay, spacious rooms, beds were very comfortable. The hotel is very well located. Hotel facilities were a very high standard and staff were very helpful friendly. The pool and breakfast were top notch!

Been there this December with my family and my son 4 years old. We love the Banyan Tree sooooo much!The room was beautiful and clean. The view form our window was great, we can see the Haihe river and Tianjin eye so clearly. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect, was closed to anywhere we wanted to get to. And the stuff there were great and so friendly. We will definitely will come back there .

Really great support from the team & a true customer care approach make trip far from home a nice experience. Really great food supported by a great chef (as a French it comes first), beautiful rooms & impressive swimming pool & fitness center.
