Very polite staff. The only thing is that the parking is not included in the price and until the last moment you don't know is it possible to leave the car in the hotel or not. There is no water in the rooms.

We do have the 2 parking slots, one in front free of charge and 1 underground, with limited paid parking lot, we are changing the signage, to announce when it is full the underground parking. Regarding water, indeed, you need to ask as an extra service, we are 3 star hotel, without this facility. Had a great experience with the family at a themed event in the restaurant. Really warm and friendly staff and very good value. Great atmosphere in general and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and friendly place to stay or dine!
